摘要

目的 研究非洲传统药用植物卡宾达树皮的化学成分。方法 运用多种色谱技术进行分离,通过理化常数测定、光谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果 从卡宾达树皮中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:柯楠碱(Ⅰ),柯楠因碱(Ⅱ),阿玛碱(Ⅲ),育亨宾(Ⅳ),柯楠辛碱(Ⅴ),β-育亨宾(Ⅵ),α-育亨宾(Ⅶ),β-谷甾醇 (Ⅷ)和熊果酸(Ⅸ),齐墩果酸(Ⅹ)。结论 化合物Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅷ,Ⅸ为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents from cortex of African traditional medicine Pausinystalia macroceras P. METHODS Various column chromatographic techniques were used to isolate and purify the chemical constituents and their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis and chemical analysis. RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated and identified as corynantheidine(Ⅰ), corynantheine (Ⅱ), ajmalicine (Ⅲ), yohimbine (Ⅳ), corynanthine (Ⅴ), β-yohimbine (Ⅵ),α-yohimbine (Ⅶ),β-sitosterol (Ⅷ), ursolic acid(Ⅸ) and oleanolic acid(Ⅹ). CONCLUSION The compounds Ⅰ,Ⅳ,Ⅷ, Ⅸ and Ⅹ are isolated from Pausinystalia macroceras P. for the first time.
